EMMITSBURG, Md. (December 5, 2025) – Beginning a homestand of four games, Mount St. Mary's women's basketball welcomes Lehigh to Knott Arena Sunday.
THE LAST TIME OUT
- The Mountaineers fell to #7 Maryland this past Wednesday in College Park, 92-44. Gabrielle Kennerly, Giana Hoddinott, and Berlynn Carlson had the most points for the Mount.
- Amber Bullard led in rebounds and blocks with a respective six and two. She is third among Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) players in blocks with 1.4 per game and eighth in rebounding.
- Mount comes into the game looking to go to 2-1 on the home season. A victory would give Head Coach Antoine White his 60th career victory.
SCOUTING THE MOUNTAIN HAWKS
- Lehigh comes into the game riding a win streak of two, with victories over Brown and Cornell in the past week.
- They have been without leading scorer Whitney Lind since November 15 against Vermont. Several players are filling the gap with Leia Edwards leading the group with 13.2 points per game. Edwards also leads with 6.4 rebounds per game.
- Three more Mountain Hawks average double figures – Lily Fandre, Jessie Ozzauto, and Belle Bramer. Ozzauto has the most three-pointers and the most assists.
THE ALL-TIME SERIES
- Over 12 previous meetings, Lehigh has eight wins and Mount St. Mary's has four.
- The Mountain Hawks are 3-1 in games played in Emmitsburg, including a rally from seven points down in the final minute to steal a 66-65 win back in 2019.
- Mount is searching for their first win over Lehigh since 1993.
