EMMITSBURG, Md. (December 19, 2025) – Mount St. Mary's men's water polo utilityman Aaron Tarr was named to the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches All-American list as an honorable mention by the association's office on Friday.
 
During the 2025 Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference season, Tarr recorded 83 goals for a shooting percentage of 42% along with a team leading 84 assists, 54 steals, and 30 field blocks. In Emmitsburg against Wagner on October 31, Tarr led the team's offensive push with eight goals in the team's first win against the Seahawks in program history. Against Salem on September 13, Tarr recorded eight assists in the team's 22-16 win over the Tigers.
 
Tarr also recorded 22 multi-goal games and 20 multi-assist games, leading the team in both categories. The South African also record 12 hattricks during the season while notching 13 multi-steal games for the Mountaineers across 2025.
 
For his actions during the regular season, Tarr earned MAWPC honors, being named to the conference second team. During the conference championships at Fordham from November 23-25, Tarr recorded five goals, six assists, eight completed steals, and drew 11 exclusions, earning him a spot on the tournament second team.
