Box Score Columbus, Ohio (November 25, 2025)—Mount St. Mary's closed out its five-game road trip with a 113-60 loss at Ohio State on Tuesday night.
Luke McEldon led the Mount with 19 points while
Arlandus Keyes added 13 and
Mason So 10 in the game.
In the early going, the Mount (1-6) answered Ohio State's opening five points with a three from
Anastasios Rozakeas and a McEldon jumper to tie the score at five. Another Rozakeas three-pointer cut the Mount's deficit to 10-8, but the Buckeyes went on a 16-to-5 run to grab a 26-13 advantage.
Trailing 29-16, the Mount got a three-pointer from So, and buckets by Keyes and McEldon during a 7-2 run to make it 31-23. Ohio State (6-0) scored the next 10 points, and used that momentum for a 52-26 lead at the half.
The Mount was held to 33.3 percent (10-of-30) shooting in the opening half, including 4-of-18 (.222) from three-point range. The Buckeyes shot 58.6 percent (17-of-29) overall and 7-of-16 (.438) from beyond the arc.
The Buckeyes were able to cruise through the second half en route to the win.
McEldon hit 9-of-15 from the field for his 19 points while adding eight rebounds for the Mountaineers. Keyes chipped in 13 points and five boards while
Mason So added 10 points and five assists.
The Buckeyes had five players score in double figures, led by John Mobley Jr.'s 26 points. Devin Royal (17), Ivan Njegovan (15), Bruce Thornton (14) and Christoph Tilly (12) rounded out the Buckeyes in double figures.
Ohio State finished the game 41-of-64 (.641) from the field, including 15-of-31 (.484) from three-point range. The Mount connected on 22-of-59 (.372) from the field and were just 6-of-32 (.188) from three-point range.

- The Mountaineers are 0-26 all-time against teams in the Big Ten Conference, including 0-2 this season.The Mount fell at Maryland, 95-90, in overtime on November 19 in addition to today's game.
- The Mount is now 0-3 all-time against the Buckeyes.
- Mount forwards Trey Deveaux (11.3 ppg) and Justin Amadi (6.7 ppg) missed the game due to injury.
- The game marked the end of the Mount's five-game road swing that opened with a win at Saint Francis, and was followed by losses against Cincinnati, Maryland, Western Michigan and Ohio State.
- John Miller IV hit 1-of-2 at the line for his first collegiate point.
