EMMITSBURG, Md. (January 14, 2025) – Mount St. Mary's student-athletes earned a collective grade-point average of 3.32 for the Fall 2024 semester.  
 
Top three teams for women's teams are Tennis, Lacrosse, and Golf. Men's top three are headlined by soccer, followed by lacrosse and tennis. Women's Tennis had the best GPA of all teams with a 3.77. Every team earned a GPA of 2.95 or higher. Among the group of student-athletes, 52 of them attained a 4.0 for the semester, and 269 were members of the Dean's List.
 
Also included on the list provided by the Mount St. Mary's Department of Athletics were Esports and Men's Rugby for club sports and the spirit squads of Pep Band, Dance, and Cheer. These five teams registered a GPA of 3.09, with Pep Band earning the highest at 3.49. There were 79 members of the Dean's List and five 4.0's.
 
The 2025 spring semester began at the Mount on January 13.
