EMMITSBURG, Md. (November 20, 2024) – Mount St. Mary's women's basketball fell to the Bucknell Bison, 63-47, in a road game in Lewisburg on Wednesday.
Jo Raflo returned to the court for the Mountaineers for the first time this season, posting 12 points in her senior season debut. Despite the defeat, every player who took the floor for the visitors posted at least two points.

LeMaster posted the opening bucket before Bucknell grabbed a 5-2 advantage and preceded to build the lead up to 20-12 early in the second quarter. The Mountaineers maintained a five point deficit going into halftime, trimming away after falling behind as much as 28-18. Raflo led the team in scoring at the break.
Rosa Revueltas Pareja led in rebounding, on the way to tying a career high.
Raflo opened the second half with a bucket, but the Bison made an immediate response with a 7-0 run to run the contest back to a double digit advantage. The game stayed there the rest of the way as Bucknell took command in the latter parts of the third quarter.
Continuing a three-game road swing, Mount St. Mary's heads to Virginia for a matchup with George Mason on Tuesday, November 26.
