The Mount St. Mary's men's and women's tennis teams will play their first-ever Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference regular season matches on Sunday against Siena.  The Mount, which is in its first season in the conference, will play Siena at the Hershey Racquet Club in Hershey, Pa., with the matches beginning at 5:00 p.m.

MOUNT UPDATE:  The Mount has started off 2-7 this season and is on a two-game winning streak after defeating USC Sumter and Nichols. They look to extend their win streak this Sunday. The Mount is led by Jarrett Karnibad and Filippos Zachiotis this season, as they both carry a 8-6 record. The Mount will play their first game ever in the MAAC.

ABOUT SIENA:  Siena, coming off a tough loss to St. John's, enters Sunday's match with a 6-6 record.  The Saints are led by Mathis Tremblay who is 13-6 this season in singles play.  The Saints went 4-2 in MAAC play last year, falling to third-seeded Quinnipiac, 4-3, in the MAAC semifinals.

ALL-TIME SERIES VS. SIENA:  This will be the first-ever meeting between the Mount and Siena.
 
UP NEXT:  The men's team will travel to Shepherdstown, West Virginia to take on Shepherd on Tuesday, March 21^st.

MOUNT UPDATE:  The Mount (2-4), picked up their second win this season on Thursday with a 7-0 sweep of visiting Nichols.  This season, the Mount is led by Victoria Papadopoulou, who is 11-3 on the year in singles play while Amber Policare has a 10-5 record. 

ABOUT SIENA: Siena is 5-8 this season after dropping their last match to Colgate. Siena is led by Jade Gautier who is 7-5 in singles matches this season and Laia Giralt who is 7-4.  The Saints went 5-1 in MAAC play last year, but were upset by Fairfield, 4-0, in the MAAC semifinals.
