Mount St. Mary’s Announces Ticket Sale Dates, Prices

EMMITSBURG, Md.  (October 4, 2022) – Tickets for the 2022-23 season for Mount St. Mary's men's and women's basketball are going on sale in the days and weeks.

Current season ticket holders get the first opportunity for renewals, beginning today, October 4th. New season ticket purchases open October 24th at noon, with single game tickets on sale one week later, November 1st, also at noon.

Games begin for men's basketball November 15th, followed by women's basketball November 19th. Highlights on the schedule include the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference openers in December for the women and January for the men, the Catholic Clash with Loyola December 10th, Winter Homecoming on January 28th featuring 2022 Elite Eight participant Saint Peter's, led by former Wagner head coach Bashir Mason, and the men's season finale February 24th against MAAC regular season champion Iona, led by Rick Pitino.

Ticket price ranges for men's games start at $120 (adult)/$50 (youth) for general admission. Seats in the blue chairbacks (sections 2-10) and courtside grant access to the Mount Club pregame hospitality event in Dillon Fieldhouse, and the purchase price includes the cost of the ticket and a minimum required contribution ($500 total for chairbacks and $1,000 total for courtsides).

Any men's season ticket purchase includes admission to see home games for the two-time defending conference champion women's program. Highlights on their schedule are the women's edition of the Catholic Clash December 3rd, reigning MAAC champion Fairfield December 29th and a matchup with Niagara as the opening game on Winter Homecoming.

As the school transitions to the MAAC, we have made a few changes to enhance the gameday experience. Students now move to Section 5 with the pep band moving to the end zone. Anyone who has Section 5 season tickers from last year will receive a separate email regarding tickets for this year. The Mount is also in the process of moving to a fully digital ticket system. Tickets can be purchased through our online platform, HomeTown Ticketing.

Mount St. Mary's looks forward to continuing home field advantage as we embark on a new era. Even accounting for conference change, the Mount ranks third among the MAAC in attendance for men's games (1,926 fans) and second for women's games (790). The women's Northeast Conference championship game drew 2,272 fans – setting a league record for our final home basketball game in the 33-year partnership with the conference.
