MOUNT UPDATE: Mount St. Mary's split its four-game home series with Wagner on May 1-3 to improve to 11-27 overall and 9-11 in the Northeast Conference. Andrew Clow hit a walk-off home run while Jordan Lawson picked up a pair of wins as the Mount swept the Saturday doubleheader with Wagner. Clow and Kory Britton are tied for the team lead with a .371 average while Ryan Owens is hitting .309 on the season. On the mound, Chris Campbell is 3-1 with a 2.35 ERA (11 app, 6 starts) while Lawson is 5-3 with four saves and a 3.98 ERA.
ABOUT THE TIGERS: Towson lost to UMBC (16-5) and Maryland (9-2) last week to fall to 15-33-2 on the season. Chris Henze leads the Tigers with a .336 average while adding five home runs and 41 RBIs. Peter Bowles is hitting .318 with a team-high 15 doubles, five home runs and 41 RBIs. Towson has five players hitting .300 or better this season. On the mound, Kevin Ross has been the top starter, going 2-6 with a 5.37 ERA in 11 starts.
