LIVE STATS

MOUNT UPDATE:  The Mount lost both games of a doubleheader to St. Bonaventure on Sunday to fall to 2-8 on the season.  Andrew Clow went 4-for-8 at the plate for the Mountaineers in the twinbill.  The Mount fell 5-2 in the opener before losing game two by the score of 6-3.  Clow leads the Mount with a .400 average through 10 games while Kory Britton is hitting .343.  On the mound, Chad Diehl is 1-1 with a 1.84 ERA while Kevin Myers has a 2.35 ERA in three appearances (one start).

GEORGE WASHINGTON UPDATE:  The Colonials enter Wednesday's game with an 8-6 record, including a 7-3 mark at home.  George Washington lost two of three over the weekend at Cal State Northridge.  Joey Bartosic leads the team with a .357 average and 13 runs scored while Robbie Metz is hitting .351.  On the mound, Metz is the top starter, going 1-0 with a 0.47 ERA in three starts.  Shane Kemp is 2-1 with a 2.87 ERA in four appearances (two starts).

THE ALL-TIME SERIES:  This will be the first meeting between the two teams since a 6-2 Mount home win on March 12, 2009.  The Colonials, however, own a 21-2 lead in the all-time series since the Mount moved to Division I in 1989.  The Mount's win in 2009 snapped a 20-game losing streak to the Colonials.

CLOW HEATING UP:  First Team All-Northeast Conference catcher Andrew Clow is hitting .500 (12-for-24) over the past seven games to move his season average to .400.  Clow, who hit a team-best .369 last year, has posted four consecutive mulitiple-hit games.  He has two or more hits in six of the Mount's 10 games this season.

UP NEXT:  The Mount hosts Jacksonville for a three-game series on March 20-22 at Straw Family Stadium on campus.
