2013-14 SEASON: Appeared in 31 games while making 27 starts in final season with the Mount… Averaged 5.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 0.6 assists… Led the Mount with 20 blocks on the year… Shot 59.8 percent on field goals… Scored eight points and grabbed nine rebounds in the home opener against Davidson (11-12-13)… Posted nine points on 3-of-4 shooting in 14 minutes in a home win over Wagner (1-18-14)… Set a new career high with six made field goals for 13 points at home against Bryant (1-25-14)… Tied a career high with three blocks to go with eight points and five rebounds at FDU (2-10-14)… Stuffed the stat sheet with 11 points, five rebounds, two blocks, two assists and one steal at Bryant (2-17-14)… Put on a strong performance on senior day with 15 points and five rebounds at home against FDU (2-22-14)… Went for nine points and seven rebounds at Wagner (3-1-13)… Scored a career-high 20 points on 5-of-7 shooting on field goals and 10-of-13 shooting from the free throw line in a win over Wagner in the NEC Quarterfinals at home (3-9-14). 

2012-13 SEASON: Appeared in all 31 games, making 28 starts as a junior… Averaged 4.9 points and 3.9 rebounds per game… Recorded seven rebounds against American (12-30-12)… In a home game against Lehigh,  scored nine points and had three rebounds and two assists (1-2-13)… Had six points and seven assists in the NEC opening win over Monmouth (1-5-13)… Scored seven points on 3-of-3 shooting in the Mount’s 66-41 win over LIU Brooklyn at the Barclay’s Center (1-12-12)… Made a career-high five field goals twice during the season: at Central Connecticut State (1-21-13) and against Wagner (1-28-13)… Against Wagner, scored a career-high 14 points (1-28-13)… Tied career-high 14 points on 4-of-6 shooting and grabbed a season-best nine rebounds at Saint Francis U (2-9-13)… Racked up seven rebounds, including a season-high five offensive rebounds in 20 minutes of action against Bryant (2-18-13)… Scored eight points and had one block and one assist in a 70-62 win at FDU (3-2-13)… Finished the season with seven points and eight rebounds in the Northeast Conference Semifinals at Quinnipiac (3-13-13). 

2011-12 SEASON: Appeared in 28 games, including 22 starts… Averaged 5.4 points and 4.2 rebounds per game as a sophomore… Tallied six points and seven rebounds in her first collegiate start in a 63-44 win against UMES (11-15-11)… Posted 10 points in a 77-62 loss against American (11-18-11)... Registered six points and six rebounds in a 52-45 win against Navy (11-26-11)... Registered seven points and eight rebounds in a 70-48 victory against St. Francis (N.Y.) (12-5-11)... Recorded six points and six rebounds in a 53-44 loss against Rider (12-29-11)... Tallied four points and nine rebounds in a 59-52 loss against Monmouth (1-9-12)... Notched a career-high 11 points along with five rebounds in a 66-61 win against Bryant (1-14-12)... Posted eight points in a 73-63 loss against Central Connecticut State (1-16-12)... Registered nine points and five rebounds in a 72-54 loss against Sacred Heart (1-28-12)... Recorded six points and six assists in an 80-75 victory against Robert Morris (2-4-12)...  Tallied eight points and seven rebounds in a 71-48 win against Wagner (2-11-12)... Posted a career-high 12 rebounds along with six points in a 68-60 victory against Wagner (2-15-12)... Scored eight points in a 62-51 win against Fairleigh Dickinson (2-18-12)... Registered eight points in a 65-61 loss against Central Connecticut State (2-27-12).

2010-11 SEASON: Appeared in 15 games off the bench... Averaged 2.0 points and 1.6 rebounds per game... Posted three points, three rebounds, an assist and a block in her collegiate debut in an 81-58 loss against Virginia (11-14-10)... Recorded four points and three rebounds in a 65-56 win UMES (11-20-10)... Tallied a career-high nine points and five rebounds in a 79-39 victory against St. Francis (N.Y.) (1-15-11)... Scored eight points in a 57-49 win against Central Connecticut State (1-31-11).

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner at Midlothian High School... Served as team captain in her final two campaigns... Amassed 787 points and 636 rebounds in her first three seasons... Posted double figures in 92 percent of her contests including notching a career-high with 23 points and 14 rebounds in the Bulldog Bash Tournament in her sophomore and junior seasons... Selected to the All-District second team and to the All-Academic team as a sophomore and junior.

PERSONAL: Majoring in History... The daughter of Amy and George Mathews... Rachel Elizabeth Mathews was born on Oct. 29, 1991 in Falls Church, Va.
