Women's Basketball Head Coach announced the addition of Kendall McGruder as the Director of Basketball Operations ahead of 2026-27 season.
McGruder worked as a graduate assistant for Charleston Southern last season as a member of Coach Clarissa White's staff. Before that, she also served as an assistant coach for IFN AAU Basketball. She also worked in the Fairfield Women's Basketball camps as a previous member of their team. McGruder was a player on the Fairfield Stags Women's basketball team during 2023-2025 seasons, where she helped the team win 2 NCAA MAAC Regular Season and Conference Tournament Champions. She earned her bachelor's degree of Arts in Sociology from Fairfield in 2025, and is pursuing an MBA here at the Mount.
