Hamilton is in his second season at the Mount as a Graduate Assistant, where he is pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Sports Management.
Hamilton graduated in 2015 from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Va., one of the top Division III programs in the nation, where he played shooting guard for four seasons under Head Coach, Nathan Davis (Current Bucknell Head Coach).
As a senior, Hamilton helped lead the Yellow Jackets to a 28-3 record with an undefeated 19-0 mark in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC). It was the first time in conference history a team had completed the season undefeated. The historic run also included a 25-game win streak and multiple weeks as the #1 team in the nation before falling in the Elite 8.
During his career at R-MC, Randolph-Macon amassed a 90-27 record, with the Jackets winning back to back ODAC regular Season titles, two ODAC Tournament championships, and four straight NCAA Tournament appearances, including appearances in the Sweet 16 and the Elite Eight.
Individually, Hamilton was one of the best shooters in R-MC history, making 171 three-point field goals, shooting at a 43.5% clip for his career. He also finished a 77.7% career free throw shooter while scoring 685 points. He was elected Third Team All-ODAC his senior year and was named to the ODAC All-Academic team twice.
Off the court, Hamilton received his bachelor's degree in Business/Economics, was a campus tour guide and Vice President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
Hamilton is a native of Bellbrook, Ohio where he graduated from Bellbrook High School in 2011.
