  • Co-captain of 1958 team. Known as "Chubby" by fellow students, had an eight-game hit streak in the Mount's 10-game season in 1958.
  • Walsh has been a long-time friend and ambassador for Mount athletics. The Walsh Team Center at Waldron Family Stadium is named in his honor for his support.
