EMMITSBURG, Md. (March 11^th, 2026) – Men's golf springs back into action for the spring season at the Peoples Championship.
 
MOUNT UPDATE
 Mount St. Mary's men's golf during their fall season were led by Santiago Bonequi, Tyler Fortney and Force Kosalutta in rounds played as well as some of the lowest averages during the Fall Season. Kosalutta took 1^st at the Wykagyl Collegiate where a pair of eagles sealed the individual win and he has a stroke avg. of 74.22 over 9 rounds, his lowest round being a 68 at the Red Flash Invitational. Bonequi posts a 72.11 stroke avg, over 9 rounds, marking his lowest round at the Red Flash Invitational at 67. Fortney shows a 74.11stroke avg, over  rounds, his lowest scoring in at 68 also at the Red Flash Invitational.

The men's best finish in the 2025 Fall season was a third place finish at the Red Flash Invitational where the team shot 842 (+2) over three rounds of play as Santiago Bonequi finished tied for third place with a gross score of 208 (-2).
 
2026 SPRING SCHEDULE
 After the first tournament, golf will play in tournaments hosted by Georgia (Southern Intercollegiate, March 16), Binghamton (Mar. 21-22), and Lafayette (Apr. 12-Apr. 13). Then they will head to Disney to play in the MAAC Championships (Apr. 28- Apr. 30).
