Bowlers Add Two Wins; Earn Seventh Place After Qualifying

EMMITSBURG, Md. (February 27, 2026) – On day two of the Stallings Invitational, Mount St. Mary's bowling picked up wins over Belmont Abbey and Alabama A&M. After qualifying the Mount ranks seventh with an average of 181.8 pins per game.
 
Amber Benson led individual play with a 972 series over the five games. Her best result was a 216 against Belmont Abbey. Freshman Bethany Jaquith bowled a 910 series, capped off with a 213 versus Nebraska. Piper Chalmers also bowled all five games, finishing with a 874 series.
 
Belmont Abbey was the best team result with a 929, part of a three-game consistent streak where the Mount averaged 184.4 per game.
