EMMITSBURG, Md. (January 15, 2026) – Returning to the lanes this weekend, Mount St. Mary's bowling looks to pick up where they left off in November with their participation in the Northeast Classic.

FORMAT: The weekend follows a standard three-day event, with Baker pinfall on Friday and traditional play on Saturday. Sunday features three best-of-seven rounds.

PARTICIPATING TEAMS: Mount St. Mary's, Sacred Heart (hosts), Adelphi, Arkansas State, Bryant, Central Missouri, Daemen, Delaware State, Dominican [N.Y.], Duquesne, Felician, Holy Family, Howard, Jacksonville State, Kutztown, LIU, Louisiana Tech, Maryville, McKendree, Molloy, Morgan State, North Carolina A&T State, Nebraska, Niagara, Norfolk State, Roberts Wesleyan, Sam Houston State, St. Thomas Aquinas, UAB, UMES, Vanderbilt, Wichita State, William Smith, Wilmington, Wright State, Youngstown State

ABOUT THE MOUNT: A spectacular month of November closed out the fall portion of the schedule for the Mountaineers. They won the Coppin State Lady Eagles Invitational and Garden State Classic on the way to a 30-3 record for the month. For the season the team is now 42-17. Back on December 9, the team moved from No. 14 to No. 9 in the National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) Top 25 poll.

SCOUTING THE FIELD: Many of Mount's fellow Top 25 teams make the trip to Delaware, as the Northeast Classic is one of the most crowded fields in college bowling. Each of the top 14 teams in the poll will be in attendance, including No. 1 Jacksonville State.

UPCOMING SCHEDULE: Mount St. Mary's will be back on the road two weekends later, playing in the Duquesne Classic from January 30-February 1.
