EMMITSBURG, Md. (September 29, 2025) – A second straight ranked opponent arrives at Waldron Family Stadium to challenge the Mount St. Mary's men's soccer team, as #24 Bucknell comes to town Tuesday night.
MOUNT UPDATE
Last Saturday with #20 Marist on the Mount's turf, men's soccer showed itself up to the challenge. Two Red Foxes goals countered a penalty from

Bucknell is off to a 5-2-2 start to their season, including a 3-1-2 mark away from Lewisburg. They are 1-1-1 in Patriot League play, defeating Lafayette and drawing with Colgate. Jack Lucas has the most points for the Bison with 12 thanks to five goals and a pair of assists. On the goalkeeping side, Freddie Lapworth has 29 saves over nine games.
THE ALL-TIME SERIES
The series is nearly even over 15 matches, with the Mountaineers winning eight contests to the Bison's seven. Bucknell has spent most of the 21
st Century leveling the score by taking five of the past eight, including the last two.
LOOKING AHEAD
MAAC play resumes Saturday (Oct. 4) with a trip to Sacred Heart.
