IJAMSVILLE, Md. (April 6th, 2025) – Mount St. Mary's men's golf finishes in fifth place with a gross score of 875 (288-292-295, +11) on the final round of the Testudo Cup. The Mountaineers were led by
Devin Smith who finished tied for tenth with a gross score of 216 (71-72-73, E).
Maryland finished in first place in the tournament with a gross score of 853 (-11). Behind Maryland by seven strokes is Delaware who finished in second with a gross score of 859 (-5). Delaware finished 14 strokes ahead of Virginia Tech who finished in third with a gross score of 873 (+9). Yang Kuang of Maryland finished in first on the individual leader board with a gross score of 209 (70-67-72, -7).
To round out scoring for day two of play,
Martin Hurtado finished tied for 15
th with a gross score of 217 (71-71-75, +1), while
Santiago Bonequi finished tied for 32nd with a gross score of 223 (75-76-72, +7).
