Men’s Rugby Claim Fifth Spot in National Power Rankings

EMMITSBURG, Md. (October 17, 2025) – Mount St. Mary's men's rugby has been ranked No. 5 nationally in the latest College Rugby D1A power rankings. With the fifth spot in the rankings, the Mountaineers have achieved their highest ever ranking in the D1A polls.

The Mountaineers achieved their ranking off the back of a 3-1 start to the 2025 Fall XV's season. With wins over current No. 15 Davenport, No. 13 Mary Washington, and No. 10 Penn State, the Mountaineers owe their sole loss on the season to current No. 1 Navy.
