Aaron Sorkin named the men's Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Golfer of the Week after his undefeated performance at Atlantic City Match Play last weekend.
Sorkin assisted his team to a championship title by going 3-0 starting with a 2 & 1 win over Monmouth's Ethan Lee. Moving to the semi-finals against Iona, he went 2UP over Fletcher Wunderlich, later beating Fairfield's Shane DeVincenzo 2 & 1 to be a deciding factor in Mount St. Mary's Championship.
The Westminster, Md. product has tallied low scores all season, including a season best 67 at the Carpetbagger Classic. His season average sits just above par at 74.17, while posting consecutive 146 (+2) since kicking off the Spring season.
