LEWISBURG, Pa. (October 12, 2025) –Mount St. Mary's men's golf stands tied for fifth place on the leaderboard with a gross score of 290(+10) following day one of the Bucknell Invitational.
Santiago Bonequi led Mountaineer golfers on day one standing tied for eighth with a score of 70 (E).
On the team leaderboard, Robert Morris stands in first with a gross score of 281 (+1) to hold a three-stroke lead over Holy Cross in second. Holy Cross stands in second with a two-stroke lead over St. Bonaventure and LaSalle who are tied for third. For the individual leaderboard, Leo Chu of Holy Cross, Mikey Takacs of Canisius, Ben Sheridan of Robert Morris and Chase Bokker of Robert Morris all stand tied for first with a score of 68 (-2).
To round out the Mount's scorecard,
Force Kosalutta stands tied for 13
th place with a score of 71 (+1), while
Tyler Fortney stands tied for 18
th after shooting a 72 (+2) day.
Nathan Pheng stands tied for 85
th with a gross score of 77 (+7), while
Daniel Shelley completed round one with a score of 79 (+9).
