Emmitsburg, MD (December 11, 2024) – After the win last Sunday (Dec. 8), the Mount St. Mary's men's rugby team moved up the rankings to seventh nationally.
 
The Mountaineers took on an undefeated University of Arizona team and ended with an impressive win, 45-20. Evan Corbett took over, scoring 25 points, with two tries, six conversions, and a penalty goal.
 
This adds another tally to the Mount's win column, boasting a 7-3 record. The Mount finishes in third place in the Rugby East conference 15's play, behind Life University and Navy.

After an impressive 15's season, play will pick back up on February 8^th when the team takes on Tennessee.
