• Mount St. Mary's lost to Fairleigh Dickinson, 83-77, at Knott Arena on Saturday to finish the regular season 11-20 overall and 7-11 in the Northeast Conference.  Damian Chong Qui paced the Mount with 18 points and four assists while Brandon Leftwich added a career-high 16 points in the game.  Nana Opoku and Malik Jefferson added 10 points each for the Mountaineers in the game.
• Mount St. Mary's  is 27-17 all-time in the Northeast Conference Tournament, the highest winning percentage (.614) of the 11 teams that are currently in the conference.  Mount St. Mary's is 1-1 in the Opening Round, 14-7 in the Quarterfinals, 7-7 in the semifinals and 5-2 in the championship game.  The Mountaineers are 3-0 all-time against Sacred Heart in NEC Tournament matchups, and are 3-0 as the No. 6 seed in NEC Tournament play.
• The Mountaineers have five players averaging in double figures in scoring in NEC games this year.  It has been a balanced effort as Damian Chong Qui leads the group with 12.6 points per game, followed by Vado Morse (11.2), Jalen Gibbs (10.4), Nana Opoku (10.2) and Malik Jefferson (10.2).  The quintet has combined for 83.4 percent of the Mount's point in NEC games this season.
• Malik Jefferson has been efficient from the field of late, shooting a team-best 63. 2 percent over the past seven games.  Jefferson is averaging a team-high 11.4 points and 6.0 rebounds over that stretch, connecting on 36-of-57 shots from the field.  Jefferson is averaging 9.7 points and a team-high 7.1 rebounds this year while shooting a team-best 53.9 percent.
• Brandon Leftwich scored a career-high 16 points while adding three rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two steals in the Mount's 83-77 loss to Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday.  Leftwich has become a key figure off the bench for the Mount this season.  He is averaging 12.0 points and 4.0 rebounds over the past two games.
