• The Mountaineers lost at Saint Francis U, 75-62, on Thursday night to fall to 7-10 in the NEC and 11-19 overall.  The Mount held a 30-27 lead late in the first half, but the Red Flash scored 10 unanswered points to hold a 37-32 lead at the break.  The Mount pulled within four early in the second half, but a 6-0 SFU run pushed the lead to double digits, and the Red Flash led comfortably the rest of the way.  Damian Chong Qui led the Mount with 17 points while Vado Morse added 10 points, five rebounds and five assists.
• Mount St. Mary's has clinched a spot in the 2020 Northeast Conference Tournament.  With a victory over Fairleigh Dickinson, the Mount will earn the No. 5 seed in the NEC Tournament.  With a loss, the Mount will be the No. 6 seed unless St. Francis Brooklyn and Saint Francis U both win and Bryant loses.  If that happens, the Mount will be the No. 7 seed.
• The Mountaineers have five players averaging in double figures in scoring in NEC games this year.  It has been a balanced effort as Damian Chong Qui leads the group with 12.2 points per game, followed by Vado Morse (11.5), Jalen Gibbs (10.5), Nana Opoku (10.2) and Malik Jefferson (10.2).  The quintet has combined for 84.5 percent of the Mount's point in NEC games this season.
• Mount St. Mary's is 8-5 at home this seasons after posting a 4-9 mark last year.  Including this season, the Mount has posted a winning record at Knott Arena in 13 of the past 14 seasons.  Overall, the Mount has had a .500 or better record at home in 27 of the 32 seasons played at Knott Arena.  The Mountaineers have posted a 71-31 record (.696) at home since the start of the 2012-13 season.  Going back further, the Mount is 105-50 (.677) since the start of the 2009-10 campaign.
• The Mount will be celebrating Senior Day against the Knights and will be honoring Brandon Leftwich and manager Jomar Stoddard prior to the game.
