- Mount St. Mary's fell at Sacred Heart, 58-53, in a defensive battle on Thursday. Vado Morse led the Mount with 20 points while Damian Chong Qui added 16. Sacred Heart used an 11-0 first-half run to take a 31-20 lead at the half. The Mount was able to cut the deficit to three points in the second half, but could get no closer. The Mount shot 34.0 percent from the floor in the game, including 6-of-28 (.214) in the first half.
- Vado Morse led the Mount with 20 points in the five-point loss at Sacred Heart. Morse has scored 20 points in each of the past two games, and is averaging 19.7 points over the past three contests, hitting 11-of-23 (.478) from three-point range over that span.
- Damian Chong Qui has scored in double figures in each of the past four games, including 16 in the five-point loss at Sacred Heart on Thursday. Chong Qui, who is averaging a team-high 12.1 points per game, has scored in double figures 13 times this season.
