SINGLES "A" BRACKET
Alexa Quintanilla finished in 7th place after Cayla Koch of Bucknell defaulted in the consolation bracket. Quintanilla rounded out the tournament by defeating third place winner Lexi Denucci (Villanova) 6-7, 6-4, 10-8 in an exhibition match.
SINGLES "B" BRACKET
Logan Lencheski won the consolation bracket to claim fifth place after Madison Price (Marist) defaulted. Lencheski defeated Vanessa Ciano (Marist) 6-4, 1-6, 10-4 to advance to the consolation final. Taylor Cook was defeated in the 7th place match by Marist's Vanessa Ciano.
SINGLES "C" BRACKET
Hannah Davis advanced to the 5th place match on Sunday after defeating Marist's Nina McAllan 6-2, 6-4. Davis fell in the consolation final to Bucknell's Jill Auteri (1-6, 5-7). Megan Smith fell short in the 7th place match to McAllan (2-6, 1-6).
DOUBLES "A" BRACKET
Quintanilla and Davis were defeated in the consolation bracket 6-1 to Marist's Julia Gabay and Sam Galu. The Mount's pairing of Smith and Lencheski were also downed in the consolation bracket by Marist's Madison Price and Jada Tijani.
DOUBLES "B" BRACKET
The Mountaineers doubles team of Mia Pittman and Taylor Cook were unable to advance to the finals after being downed by Villanova's pairing of Tayor Gould and Sabina Grigiorian 6-2. Katie Schisler and Karen Anderson were defeated by Marist's pairing of McAllan and Galloway 6-0. Villanova claimed the doubles "B" bracket championship.
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
The Mount Women's tennis team will return to action next weekend September 27-29 in Baltimore at the Loyola Invitational.
