Orlando, Fla. (March 9, 2017) - Mount St. Mary's women's tennis team Norfolk State 4-3 on Thursday morning.

Recent NEC player and rookie of the week, Alexa Quintanilla, recorded another victory in the first flight in singles competition giving Mount the early momentum. Norfolk State won the next three flights but would surrender the last two to Hannah Davis, who got the clean sweep over Duobert, and Emma Blake received the default victory. 

The Mountaineers swept doubles play with victories in the first two flights and a default win in the last flight.
