Orlando, Florida (March 10, 2017) - Mount St. Mary's women's tennis team topped Marian (Ind.) 6-1 on Friday afternoon. 

The Mount swept in singles action starting with Quintanilla picking up another victory in the first flight followed by Smith's victory in the second flight giving the Mountaineers the early advantage. Mount went on to win the next four flights taking a 6-0 advantage.

Marian got two doubles victories giving them their only point in the contest but Quintanilla and Kamprath won the first flight before Marian took the advantage in doubles action.

The Mount returns to action Tuesday, March 14 to begin conference play against Wagner.
