Day Two of Bucknell Invitational Suspended Due to Inclement Weather

Lewisburg, Pa. (Sept. 10, 2016) -- Day two of the Bucknell Invitational was suspended due to inclement weather on Saturday. Play will be resumed on Sunday, September 11.

Prior to the suspension, Darren Mast and Zachary Burau won their quarterfinal matches of the men's flight 2 singles. Mast defeated Jake Hirschberg of Colgate and Burau topped Bucknell's Bryan Adams to advance. Mast and Burau will face off against each other in the semifinals on Sunday.

On the women's side, Erin Benefiel and Brittany Poje advanced to the consolation finals of flight 2 doubles, and are set for the consolation championship on Sunday.

Play on Sunday from the Varsity tennis courts will begin at 9 a.m. on Sunday.
