Mount St. Mary's University

D.J. Workcuff is in his first season as an assistant track and field coach with the Mountaineers.  A 2018 graduate of the Mount, he competed in the multi and relay events. During his time, Workcuff was named MVP of the 2018 NEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships en route to helping the team win their first title in over 20 years. Workcuff amassed an NCAA Championship qualification in the long jump, 2 NEC long jump titles, 2 All-East honors in the heptathlon and long jump, finished in second place in the decathlon at the Penn Relays and a NEC Rookie of the Meet award during his time competing for the Mount. He is currently ranked second on the Mount’s All-Time list in both indoor and outdoor long jump.

Workcuff earned his B.S. in Business with a concentration in Management and is currently pursuing a MBA with a concentration in Finance.
