Liz Bakowski joins the strength and conditioning team staff as an assistant this season. She arrives in Emmitsburg from Belmont Abbey College, where she previously served as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Crusaders.
While at Belmont Abbey, Bakowski worked with several sports, including women’s lacrosse. Before her time in North Carolina, Bakowski worked around her hometown of Buffalo, serving as a graduate assistant for Canisius University along with positions at Buffalo Multi-Fit and Lewis Fitness & Performance in Erie, Pennsylvania.
She has earned a Master’s in exercise science from Canisius and a bachelor’s with the same major from Mercyhurst.
