Mee's MLB draft resume extends beyond Toledo, as 16 players were taken in the draft during his time as an assistant at Notre Dame, with Christian Parker and Brad Lidge eventually making the call-up. While in East Lansing, seven of Mee's players were taken in the MLB Draft, with Bob Malek taken in the fourth round of the 2002 MLB Draft by the New York Mets.
