Carydad Bolivar joined the Mount St. Mary’s University Sports Medicine Staff in July 2025 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer working primarily with the Men’s Basketball, Cheerleading, and Dance teams. Prior to working at the Mount, she served as a certified Intern Athletic Trainer with the University of Tennessee Spirit Program during the 2024-2025 season.
Carydad is from Miami, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Florida State University in 2022 and her Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Virginia in 2024. As an undergraduate athletic training student at Florida State University, she worked with the Men’s Basketball, Track & Field, and Cross Country programs.
Throughout her time as a graduate athletic training student at the University of Virginia, she worked with the Softball, Football, and Men’s Lacrosse programs, as well as a local high school. Carydad also completed a clinical immersion with the University of Tennessee Men’s Basketball program in the Fall of 2023.
