Mount St. Mary's University

Caroline Czarra joined the Mount's recreation and wellness team as a graduate assistant for the 2026-2027 season.

Czarra is currently working on earning her Master's in Business Administration with a Project Management Certificate while at the Mount. Czarra completed her bachelor's at Sweet Briar College, earning a Business and Art History degrees. While completing her undergraduate at Sweet Briar, she worked in the Office of Student Life as an assistant.

Additional work experiences includes working as a elementary school teacher, and a server role at Olive Garden.
