2013-14 SEASON: As a senior, competed in all nine team competitions on the season… Participated in the freestyle events throughout the year… Checked in at 57.28 in the 100 free at the NEC Championships... Swam a time of 2:05.01 in the 200 free at the NEC Championships… Part of the 200 free relay team that turned in a 1:43.82 finish at the Radford Invitational... Earned a place on the NEC Academic Honor Roll.
2012-13 SEASON: At the Northeast Conference Championships, put together a 50 freestyle time of 26.90… Also turned in a 100 freestyle mark of 57.58 in the prelims of the NEC Championships as a junior… NEC Academic Honor Roll selection…
2011-12 SEASON: Competed in freestyle events throughout the season… Built up throughout the season and posted season-best times in three events at the NEC Championships (2-23/25-12)… Turned in times of 27.30 in the 50 freestyle, 58.28 in the 100 freestyle and 2:08.47 in the 200 freestyle… NEC Academic Honor Roll selection.
2010-11 SEASON: Competed in freestyle events as a freshman... Finished third in the 100 free (1:04.70) against St. Francis (N.Y.) on Jan. 30, 2011... NEC Academic Honor Roll honoree.
HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of North Carroll High School... Participated on a swim team since she was five years old.
PERSONAL: Majoring in business... The daughter of Tina and Mike Helmick. Nicole R. Helmick was born on Mar. 27, 1992 in Columbia, Md.
