Mount St. Mary's University

2014-15 SEASON: Swam in all 11 of the Mount’s competitions during junior season… Moved into the top 10 on the Mount’s all-time list for the 1650 free (18:36.42) in eighth and 1000 free (11:20.77) in 10th… Picked up a second place finish in the 800m free against McDaniel… Competed in the 200 free, 500 free, 1650 free and as a member of the 800 free relay at the Northeast Conference Championships… Scored a point with a 16th place finish in the 1650 free (18:36.42).  

2013-14 SEASON: Competed in eight of the team’s events as a sophomore… Posted a time of 1:07.98 in the 100 fly versus Duquesne… Turned in a 2:07.43 finish versus Mary Washington and Howard… In a home meet versus Saint Francis U, swam the 400 free (4:53.63). 

2012-13 SEASON: Competed in eight events as a freshman… Had the Mount’s best time of the season in the 800 freestyle in 10:07.43 to capture first versus McDaniel and VMI (10-27-12)…  Top time in the 500 freestyle came at the Highlander Invitational in 5:21.51 (11-15-12)… Finished in 27.16 for the 50 freestyle in a dual versus Loyola (2-2-13)… Had a 2:00.50 time in the 200 freestyle at the Northeast Conference Championships (3-1-13). 

HIGH SCHOOL: A member of the swim team for all four years, she served as captain her senior season... Her team won the Gloucester County Championship two years in a row... She, herself was Gloucester County Champion for three years in a row from freshman to junior year.

PERSONAL: Born February 17, 1994... Has two sisters, Kelsey and Mackenzie and three brothers, Matt, Connor and Tyler... Majoring in health sciences (OT)... The daughter of Kathy and Dan Saia.
