2013-14 SEASON: Participated in five team events as a senior for the Mount… Part of the 200 medley relay team that broke the school record at the NEC Championships with a time of 1:46.41… Posted times of 24.63 for the 50 free and 54.02 for the 100 free at the NEC Championships… Member of the Mount’s top 200 free relay team throughout the season, putting together a 1:36.09 finish at the NEC Championships… Graduates as the school record holder for the 200 free, 1000 free, 100 back, 200 back and 200 IM... Earned a place on the NEC Academic Honor Roll.
2012-13 SEASON: Member of the Mount’s 200 freestyle relay team that earned Third Team All-Northeast Conference honors… Placed first in the 200 IM (2:14.65) and took second in the 200 backstroke (2:11.88) versus Saint Francis U (10-13-12)… Posted the team’s best 100 backstroke time (58.81) and 200 backstroke time (2:07.32) of the season at the Highlander Invitational (11-16-12)… Named NEC Swimmer of the Week on Nov. 20, 2012… Set a school record for the 200 freestyle with a 1:54.20 finish to win the B Finals at the NEC Championships (2-27-13)… NEC Academic Honor Roll honoree.
2011-12 SEASON: Part of the Mount’s 200 freestyle relay squad that took home Second Team All-NEC honors… Swam the 100 backstroke in under a minute for the first time on the season at the Highlander Invitational in 59.70 to place fourth (11-19-11)… Set school records in the three backstroke events: 50 (27.63), 100 (58.63) and 200 (2.06.37) at the NEC Championships… Also placed sixth in the 200 IM with a program record time of 2:08.26 at the NEC Championships… NEC Academic Honor Roll selection.
2010-11 SEASON: Placed fifth in the 100 fly (58.74), sixth in the 50 free (24.48) and ninth in the 200 back (2:09.59) at the Northeast Conference Championships on Feb. 18-21, 2011… Named Northeast Conference Swimmer of the Week once in 2010-11… Finished first in the 50 free (25:73) and 100 free (55.47) against Saint Francis (Pa.) on Oct. 23, 2010… Placed first in the 1500 free (18:05.93) and in the 100 free (1:01.36) in wins against Manhattan, Saint Peter’s and VMI on Oct. 20, 2010… Won the 200 free (2:14.16) and the 200 back (2:26.29) in wins against Manhattan, Saint Peter’s and VMI on Oct. 30, 2010… Finished first in the 50 free (25.37) and 200 IM (2:17.53) against Howard and Loyola on Nov. 13, 2010… Placed second 200 back (2:09.79) and third in both the 1650 free (17:49.00) and the 100 back (1:01.01) at the Radford Invitational on Nov. 19-21, 2010… Posted wins in the 800 free (9:38.57) and the 100 back (1:08.26) against Radford on Dec. 4, 2010… Finished first in the 100 back (1:01.62) against VMI and Liberty on Jan. 16, 2011… Won the 100 fly (1:00.43) and placed second in the 1650 free (18:06.76) against Wagner on Jan. 29, 2011… Finished second in the 200 back (2:21.26) against St. Francis (N.Y.) on Jan. 30, 2011... NEC Academic Honor Roll honoree.
HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner on the Enrico Fermi women's swimming team... Served as team captain in her senior season... Posted a school record in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 back in 2008... Named to the All-County team all four years and to the All-State squad in her final two campaigns.
PERSONAL: Majoring in international business and Spanish... The daughter of Lisa Brown and Matthew Coppler... Catriona Madalyn Coppler was born on May 30, 1992 in Napoleon, Ohio.
