Mount St. Mary's University

2026 SEASON:  Went 20-for-73 (.274) at the plate with three doubles, two home runs and 10 RBI in 32 games (28 starts)...Had 16 walks and posted a .413 on-base percentage...Went 3-for-3 in loss to UAlbany...Also homered in the Mount's 8-1 win over Manhattan...Was 4-for-8 over the final two games of the Mount's three-game sweep of Rider.

2025 SEASON:  Started 17 of 21 games played in her freshman season...Hit .234 (11-for-47) with a double and two RBI...Also walked seven times and had a .333 on-base percentage...Went 2-for-2 against Army for first two career hits...Went 2-for-3 at Quinnipiac and 2-for-3 in home win over Siena...Knocked in a run in both ends of doubleheader at Saint Peter's.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Tawney, who also played volleyball in high school, was named to the Conference First Team shortstop three years in a row from 2022 to 2024.
