AS A SENIOR:  Earned Second Team All-Northeast Conference honors with a second-place finish in the 5,000m at the 2021 NEC Championships with a time of 15:00.17...Finished in third place in the 10,000m at the NEC's as well.

AS A JUNIOR:  Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m during the 2019-20 indoor season...Finished sixth at the 2020 Northeast Conference Indoor Championships in the 5,000m with a time of 14:59.75...Finished ninth in the 3,000m (8:43.50)...Finished second in the mile (4:20.45) at the Akron Invitational...His time in the 5,000m at the NEC's is good for ninth all-time at the Mount.

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Earned Outdoor All-NEC First Team in the 10,000m with a time of 33:06.98…Earned Outdoor All-NEC Second Team in the Steeple Chase with a time of 9:22.47…Registered a 9:21.65 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational to put him 5^th in school history in the Outdoor 3,000m Steeplechase…Awarded Most Outstanding Track Performer (Distance) for the Northeast Conference in men’s Outdoor Track.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Ran in the 10,000m at the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Under 20 World Championships in Tampere, Finland...Qualified for the IAAF Under 20 World Championships with his performance in the 10,000m run at the United States Track & Field (USATF) Junior Outdoor Championships held at Hayes Track at the Haugh Complex on the campus of Indiana University on June 16..Met the IAAF World Junior standard in the 10,000m run with a time of 30:53.38 at the IC4A Championships on May 12...That time is fifth on the Mount's all-time list...Finished fifth in the 5,000m at the Northeast Conference Championships..Named to NEC All-Rookie team in both the 1,500m and 5,000m run...Made the finals in the 1,500m run at the NEC Outdoor Championships...Indoor, Part of the Mount's DMR relay team that finished third at NEC Indoor Championships...Named to NEC All-Rookie team after finishing fifth in the 3,000m run.
