AS FIFTH-YEAR SENIOR:  Ran for the Mount during the cross country season.

AS A SENIOR:  Ran cross country for the Mount as a senior.

AS A JUNIOR:  Was one of the Mount's top five finishers at the NEC Cross Country Championships.

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Competed in four of the team's competitions during cross country season...Ran top 8k time of 28:29 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run...Indoors, set a season best in the 800m at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships...Outdoors, participated in the 800m at the Maryland Terrapin Invitational setting a season best.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned Mid-Penn championship in his final three seasons on the track & field team... Earned Mid-Penn championship in cross country in his junior year.

PERSONAL: Parents are Camille and John... Has one brother, John... Born August 21, 1989... Currently is majoring in philosophy.
