AS A SENIOR:  Did not appear in a meet for the Mount in 2021.

AS A JUNIOR:  Ran the 60m dash for the Mountaineers...Top time (7.09) during the 2019-20 indoor season came at the SU Challenge.

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Ran a 7.03 at the Navy Invitational to put him seventh in school history in the Indoor 60m Dash… Ranks 3^rd in Mount History in the 4x100m Relay alongside teammates Christopher Gabor, Justin Kimble, and Lewis Kungu for their time (41.37) at the Spring Invitational…Ran his best Outdoor 100m race at the George Mason Spring Invitational with a time of 11.06…Had his best 200m mark at the Navy Spring Meet with a time of 22.76.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Did not compete at a meet for the Mount as a freshman.

PERSONAL:  Born August 30, 1999...Parent is Joy Howard...Has one sibling...Majoring in Criminal Justice.
