AS A SOPHOMORE: Earned First Team All-Northeast Conference honors after winning the 5,000m run at the NEC Championships...Posted a time of 14:26.94 in the 5,000m at the Colonial Relays, good for sixth on the Mount's all-time list...That performance earned him NEC Track Athlete of the Week honors...Ran in the 5,000m at the IC4A Championships...Also a part of the Mount's 4x800m relay team that competed at the IC4As...Finished sixth in the 1,500m run at the NEC Outdoor Championships...Indoors, finished 14th in the mile at the IC4A Championships (4:09.76)...That time is good for eighth on the Mount's all-time list...His mark of 8:27.97 in the 3000m at Navy is ninth all-time at the Mount...Part of the 4x800m relay team that finished 14th at IC4A championships...Indoors, finished fourth in both the 5,000m and the 3,000m run at the NEC Indoor Championships... AS A FRESHMAN: Was on the Mount's 4x800m relay team that participated in the IC4A Championships...Finished fourth in the 800m at the Bucknell Team Challenge and fifth in the event at the Eric Kloiber Invitational...Had season-best time in the 800 at Bucknell...Also ran the 1500m with his bes time coming at George Mason...Indoor, ran the 3000m with his best mark at the Navy Invitational...His best indoor mile time came at the NEC Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in cross country and track for four years. His team won the state title his junior and senior seasons, while they also won districts his senior season. He won state gold in cross country as a senior, and won state gold in 1600m and 4x4 relay the same year.
