TFRRS STATISTICS
AS A GRADUATE STUDENT: Finished strong with a pair of PR's at the 2024 MAAC Outdoor Championships, running the 1500m in 4:06.85 and the 5000m in 15:48.56 ... Also secured PR's of 9:09.68 in the 3K at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational and 4:30.41 for the mile at the Navy Invitational ... Took fourth place for the 3K at the James Madison Invitational in April.
AS A SENIOR:Â Ran the mile during the indoor season and the 1,500m during the outdoor campaign...Earned a spot on the MAAC All-Academic team for both the indoor and outdoor seasons...His best indoor performance was in the mile at the 2023 MAAC Indoor Championships...Outdoor, posted his personal-best time in the 1,500m at Navy.
AS A JUNIOR:Â Participated in a pair of meets for the Mount in 2022...Opened season at the Mount St. Mary's 5K Duals and also ran at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational.
AS A SOPHOMORE:Â Did not compete for the Mount during the 2021 season.
AS A FRESHMAN:Â Ran the mile and the 3,000m during the 2019-20 indoor season...His top mile time came at the Bucknell Gulden Invitational while he ran the 3,000m at the Bison Opener.
PERSONAL:Â Born on January 17th, 2001...Parents are Kimberly and William...Has one sister Emma...Majoring in cybersecurity.
