AS A JUNIOR: Competed in nine meets this season...Helped 4x100 team win First at the MAAC Outdoor Championship (41.46)...Helped 4x400 take Fifth in the MAAC Indoor Championship (3:19.45)...Finished Eighth in the 200m (22.01), and Tenth in the 400m (50.24) at the JMU Invite...Helped both 4x100 and 4x400 finish Third at the Navy Outdoor Invitational...Competed 8 races in the top 10 between individuals and relays.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Continued to be a prolific dash and relay runner for the Mount ... Qualified for all four postseason opportunities between the MAAC and IC4A/ECAC ... Point scorer as an individual for MAAC Outdoor while also helping the 4x100 team take first place ... Set PR's for each event he runs, including the 100m (11.26 seconds, Shamrock Inv.), 200m (21.33 seconds, VertKlasse Meeting), and 400m (48.30, MAAC Outdoor) ... Completed 18 races in the top 10 between individuals and relays.   

AS A FRESHMAN: Qualified for both MAAC Championships and the 2024 IC4A Outdoor Championships ... Point scorer for the MAAC Outdoor Championships as part of the fourth place 4x400 relay team ... Top individual times were 22.56 in the 200m (IC4A's) and 50.06 seconds in the 400m (James Madison Invitational). 

PRIOR TO THE MOUNT: 2022 4x400 New York State Champion...2022 4x400 Nike All-American...2023 800 New Balance All-American...Personal bests in 200 meter (22.17)...300m (35.18)...400m (49.65).
