AS A SENIOR: Point scorer during the MAAC Indoor Championships for the triple jump, coming in fourth place (11.46m, 37' 7.25") ... Effort ranks seventh in Mount history ... Also finished top 10 at MAAC in the long jump, one of four top 10 finishes on the year ... Came in fifth for the Gulden Invitational and seventh at the Patriot Games.  

AS A JUNIOR:  Finished in second place in the triple jump at the 2023 MAAC Outdoor Championships...Had a mark of 11.82m (38' 9.5") at the MAAC Championships, good for fourth on the Mount's All-Time Top 10 list...Had her best mark of the outdoor season in the long jump (5.46m, 17'11") at the Larry Ellis Invitational...Indoors, also recorded second place at the MAAC Championships with a leap of 11.39m (37' 4.5").

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Earned a spot on the NEC All-Rookie Team in the triple jump indoors after finishing in fourth place at the 2022 NEC Championships...Her mark of 11.40m (37' 5") in the triple jump at George Mason is good for fifth on the Mount's all-time top 10 list...Outdoors, finished 10th in the long jump and 11th in the triple jump at the NEC Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Made collegiate debut at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge...Competed in the jumps in 2021, posting her best triple jump results in the season opener...Her best mark in the long jump came at the Mount 33-48 Challenge.
