AS A SENIOR: Continued to provide value in mid-distance events ... Qualified for the MAAC Indoor Championships in the 1000m and the Outdoor Championships for the 800m ... Six-time finisher in the top 10 between individual and relay efforts. 

AS A JUNIOR: Point scorer in relays at both MAAC Championships and individually in the DMR with a 10:19.53, finishing in third ... Set PR's in the 1000m with a 2:33.49 at the Darius Dixon Memorial and 4:25.89 in the mile at the Navy Indoor Invitational ... Registered eight top 10 finishes over the course of the season. 

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Named to the MAAC All-Academic team for the indoor season...Competed in the mile and the 800m indoors, posting best 800m time for the year at Penn State...Outdoor, posted his best time of the season in the 800m at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Part of the Mount's 4x800m relay team that earned a silver medal at the 2022 Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships for Second Team All-NEC honors...Had his best mark of the outdoor season in the 800m with a 10th-place finish at the NEC's...Indoors, was on the Mount's distance medley relay squad that finished third at the NEC Indoor Championships...His best indoor 800m time was recorded at the NEC Indoor Championships as well.
