AS A SENIOR: Competed in the mile, 3000m, and 3000 steeplechase during the season ... Qualifier for the mile at MAAC Indoor and the steeplechase for MAAC Outdoor ... Fastest times were 4:28.09 in the mile (MAAC Indoor), 9:02.55 in the 3000m (Navy Indoor) and 9:38.69 in the steeplechase (Shamrock Inv.) ... Latter race was good for a runner-up finish. 

AS A JUNIOR: Participated in various distance races throughout the season ... Took third in the DMR at MAAC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:19.53 ... PRs included a 1000m time of 2:33.66 (Father Diamond), 3000m time of 8:58.79 (Gulden Invitational), and 5000m time of 15:40.61 (VertKlasse) ... Finished fourth at the Shamrock Invitaitonal for the steeplechase.  

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Finished fifth in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2023 MAAC Outdoor Championships...His time of 9:25.30 at the MAAC Championships is good for eighth on the Mount's All-Time Top 10 list...Indoor, ran the mile with a top mark coming at the Sykes & Sabock Invitational at Penn State.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Named to the Northeast Conference All-Rookie team in the 3,000m steeplechase for his seventh-place finish at the 2022 NEC Outdoor Championships...Had a season-best time of 9:41.44 at the NEC's...Indoor, ran the 800m with best time coming at the Navy Invitational.

PERSONAL:  Majoring in cybersecurity/computer science.
