AS A FRESHMAN:  Indoors, had the Mount's best performance of the season in the shot put with his toss of 13.78m (45' 2.5") at the NEC Championships...His mark of 13.61m (44' 8") in the weight throw is seventh all-time at the Mount...Outdoors, also had the Mount's best throw in the shot put with a toss of 13.63m (44' 8.75")...Moved into the Mount's top 10 in hammer throw...Is seventh on that list after his throw of 40.03m (131' 4") at Maryland...Also threw javelin during year, posting best mark at Bucknell Team Challenge.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in track for three years, serving as captain for tw years... He was named to the All-Division team three years in a row... He finished 8th in shot put in the PIAA State Championships his junior year, and 5th in the same event his senior year.

PERSONAL: Born February 7, 1994... Has two brothers, David and Hollis and one sister Bethanie... Majoring in Biology... The son of Carmen Perez and David Baker.
