AS A SOPHOMORE: Made the postseason for the second year in a row for mid-distance competitions ... Recorded PR's for the 800m run (1:57.72, Carol & John Covert Classic), the 1000m (2:40.55, Gulden Invitational), the 1500m (4:13.68, JMU Invitational), and the mile (4:30.37, MAAC Indoor) ... Top 10 finisher four times, capping off with a third place effort in the Bison Opener for the mile. 

AS A FRESHMAN: Qualified for both MAAC Championships, helping the Mount score points as a member of the 4x800 relay team ... Top times for the season were 2:00.19 in the 800m (MAAC Indoor), 4:17.59 in the 1500m (JMU Invitational), and 4:34.83 in the mile (Navy Invitational) ... Highest individual finish was sixth place for the 800m at the Gulden Invitational in January. 

PRIOR TO THE MOUNT: XC All-Conference 2021-'23...2019 Most consistent runner award...All-South Jersey...Four time winner of Highland Tartan Triple Threat award...2022-23 State Champion in the indoor 4x800.

PERSONAL: Father Mark Gallo competed three years playing Baseball for Rutgers-Camden.
