Mount St. Mary's University

Midles enters her fifth season as an assistant coach for the Mountaineers. In her first four years working with the team’s throwers, Midles has helped guide two throwers to school records in the hammer and weight throw, had six athletes win NEC titles, and three earn All-East honors.  

A 2013 graduate of the Mount, Midles owns the school record in the hammer throw. She hails from a hammer throwing family out of the Pacific Northwest where her father started teaching her the throws from a young age.

Midles has a B.A. in English and M.A. in Teaching. She resides in Frederick.
